...because once you get settled into this thing, you will have little motivation to get up to do anything else. I bought one for my husband and he loves it. Super soft and thick - it reminds me of a Patagonia polar fleece. It is also large enough for 2 med. sized adults to snuggle under. There is an extra pocket at the bottom for your feet, and a front pocket for your hands. It wraps enough around your back and shoulders to keep you warm. I know similar items have been called glorified bathrobes, but this is much more like a full blanket. This also means it is quite bulky, so keep in mind it will take up quite a bit of storage space. We ended up getting rid of a few throw blankets to make room for it in our closet. This is perfect for chilly winter days spent on the couch. Also makes a great wrap for any post winter outdoor activities.

Cons: When we removed it from its packaging, it immediately shed puff balls everywhere. We took it outside and gave it a really good shake, problem solved.
