I am a PhD student and I always have had neck pain... recently I was involved in a car accident and that really hurt my neck in a way that i couldn't stand the pain... My Orthopedic doctor gave this pillow to me and it is wonderful... It seems little harder than a regular pillow but after using it for a night or two I got used to it and it greatly helped my neck.... when I started using it I had this feeling that my neck is too high, as if i am going to watch a TV! but now i know that is where my neck should to be... WONDERFUL product... now I think everyone would be using these kind of pillows... and the old pillows are actually causing problem and they should not be sold! I would highly recommend this product and I will be buying it to all my family members...
