The cotton material is very nice and has a nice firm feeling which would be even better if I had time to iron the sheets. I would compare the quality to something you would pay over $100 for. I have paid over $200 for material slightly better than this and I would compare it to a step below Peacock Alley Brand. Not as rich or soft, but not bad either.

I have washed the sheets twice in extra hot water. I had hoped that would shrink them. I have a very deep pocket King Size bed and the sheets are too loose. I would say they run about 1-2 inches wider than I need and 4 inches longer up and down than I need. I should say I have a Tempurpedic bed and It is VERY deep - and the sheet go all the way down the sides of my mattress. But the problem is the corners do not fit tightly. The sheets get a little loose but have not come off at all. If I had a regular mattress I would just use sheet garters to fix the problem but my mattress weighs a tone so lifting a corner is impossible.

I am happy with my purchase at less that $20, but I would not have paid more for it. I may use my sewing matching to get a better fit.

OK, It's been a while since my original post. These sheets did not shrink and we are tired of swimming in our bed when the extra material bunches up. I am going to have to sew up the corners more tightly and see if that helps.
