We are expecting guests during the holidays and are redoing a bedroom with twin beds, and two of the same comforters were purchased. We chose the neutral basket weave design as opposed to a floral design since it would be appropriate for male or female visitors.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the aqua color is slightly more vibrant than shown in the picture. I'd say it leans toward medium, thought I was getting pastel, what a nice surprise. I goes well with other aqua/turquoise colors in the room and is a "happy" color. The underside/back of the comforter and sham is solid aqua. The outer cover is 70% polyester/30% cotton, feels cotton-like and seems decently made. I can't attest to its durability but what the heck, they'll only be used occasionally. They look great and really brighten up the room!
