Our son is huge for his age, and we had to move him to a twin-sized bed when he was only two years old. He is able to pee immense amounts at night, overflowing his diaper. At the worst time, it was literally every night.

This cover is GREAT! It's padded, so it makes the mattress even more comfortable. It's waterproof, so our mattress never got stained orr even wet.

The cover is surrounded by a strong elastic boarder which will cover the entire sides of even the thickest twin mattress, and still have some underneath. Once you put it on, it's securely held in place.

It's also machine washable. We wash on warm, and damp dry it in the dryer. We've probably washed this thing a dozen times, and it's still in great shape. We've had it for a year and it's still in great shape and hasn't stained.
