I think that the sheets are good quality and they will last a long time. They are thick and substantial. One thing that a buyer should realize is that they are 100% cotton and when washed and dried they do wrinkle a lot. With that said it really doesn't bother me as no one really sees them anyway when the bed is made. I washed them in cold water before I used them & dried them on low in the clothes dryer. I imagine that if anyone was interested in a more wrinkle free sheet they would need to buy a cotton / polyester blend.
